If we were currently in the same situation as Spurs, I've no doubts at all he would have grasped it with both hands.

Chances are, they will be on lower money. Take a guess who that will benefit.

I’m guessing they think that league is where all the elite players are going to play Haaland Mbappe Ronaldo etc.... but what if they are like 99.9% of the rest of us who are against it and say NO.

Sadly the fans will never leave mate. Even if this ESL goes ahead fans of those clubs will largely tune in.

We are sadly junkies and both UEFA and the Yanks know this.

We will come out of this worse than we went into it guaranteed. Loyalty isnt rewarded in football when it should be. The 12 clubs will agree some form of mutual agreement to leave the idea alone and take the new riches an amended CL will offer with them guaranteed entry from 2024 should they miss out through qualifying.

What I would love is the Super League stick 2 fingers up to Boris and state they will pack up and play overseas if they try ban them on UK soil would be amazing "WORRA BOUT ANFIELD DOH LAD" lol

It weird. What can you do? As you know you just can't supporting another club after 55 years of watching them.
I just keep hoping we will pull out but I know thats not going to happen. I won't be renewing my season ticket for next season,
that much I do know. At the moment I don't even care about watching them on TV against Villa tomorrow night.
I'll probably just go and watch some local non league team. But my boyhood local club Droylsden went bust last year so that
option has gone also. It's all a bit confusing right now.

Heart breaking post that.
It must be a terrible time at present being a supporter of one of these six clubs.
ALL football fans need to be together on this.
It's very important that we remember that the vast majority of fans of City, United, Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea and yes even even the Kopites are on the same side as us in opposition to these plans.
As strongly as I detest the idea of this 'Super League', I know that this feeling would be ten fold if Everton were one of the six.
It must feel like a death in the family.

I am still trying to figure the whole mess out mate. Salary caps surprised me to be honest, until I found out they are common place in franchised sports.

I dont get Chelsea and City signing up. I dont understand why Spurs were even asked. Its an absolute shambles, but football, proper football, will survive 6 clubs being scabs.
