My own gut feeling for what it's worth, is that he/Moshiri will look to sell a big portion of the club to an extremely wealthy Chinese business congomerate once the stadium as the stadium gets done, in the same way City did. So they could bankroll it partially but also have other strategic and extremely wealthy friends to chip in.

All of them can invest in the club, the wider area and the city and secure big returns on their invested capital.
