Fair enough, I was unaware of the facts. I mistakenly thought that having a vaccination against a deadly virus may have had some kind of an effect on things like public health regulations and the type of thing that could cause a government to introduce a ban on attending stadia.

If the scenario that you suggested were to unfold it would largely finish the sporting and entertainment world completely.

This is not just an Everton issue.

If the pandemic is still an issue by the time the stadium is due to open then the world economy will also have collapsed.
There will no jobs, no public services, no schools or universities.

People will be dying from starvation and from other illnesses besides Covid.

You cannot pick and choose what a doomsday scenario will affect.
