The reality of Big Red is they have a top class first 11 with a few decent back ups.

They have got lucky the past few seasons with injuries which has hidden the limited ability of the squad.

This season, it has come down like a house of cards. Long may it continue and my hope is the fans turn on Klopp and want Gerrard to take over.

Him to completely flop causing the reds heads to explode as they can't turn on Gerrard which will cause a cival war among the fans.
 

Its funny how so many of them wish they were able to call for Klopp's head after this run but they can't do it out of fear for the cult turning on them too.

You can tell they're all miserable but they won't even allow a bad word against Klopp so they're forced into these essays of excuses to avoid laying the blame at his feet.

Fulham nick a 1-0 and RAWK will be like Lord Of The Flies

List -The last two who can play CB. agreed, he doesnt look great & I would be shocked if he is anywhere other than Schalke next season.

That said, it's impossible to assess a 20 year thrown in as senior CB into a team in the horrors; I don't think he is any good, but from my eye he isnt up to much.

TBH I don't mind the Irish fella, other than his nonsense before they lost 7-2, he's pretty reasonable, although he does go too far. However the other divvy is unbearable with his fake Scouse accent, nobody talks like that, he's a poundland John Bishop. He'll probably get slapped by a fellow RS, for all his carrying on when we come out of lockdown, being the cultists they are.

Agree but think those days are over, nobody would pay what they wanted for Origi, Shaquiri, AOC and Wilson etc so they had to sell Brewster to fund incomings.

Again with major losses and covid still around, nobody has the money to buy their crap at massive prices and big wages. Best they could do is sell cheap or loan them and get them off the wage bill

Yep, Phillips looks the best out of him, Williams and Kabak but it isnt hard tbh.

They were holding out for Upemecano but he's binned them - dont think they have the funds for a big money CB either

The fans will never ever turn on Klopp, when they’ve built a manager up to god like status it’s FSG they turn on every time. Gerrard however is nailed on to be their next manager.

Very true. And part of that is seen in their marketing and their photoshopping away any negative issues relating to the club and its history. They have been on a path of trying to eliminate the name of Everton FC in the city of Liverpool. It is also a reason why they are one of those pushing for a European Super League, involving their permanent inclusion of course.

The last thing they want is an Everton revival disturbing their plans.

It's not been an easy assignment, but in honesty it's not been that bad. We all laugh at Robertson and Arnold being the best in the world which they are not, but they are still good cb's. He's got the best goalkeeper in the world behind him. Wijnaldum and Thiago are very experienced midfielders in front of him and a 50m guy who's played CB a fair bit next to him. It's not ideal, but it's also not disastrous. It's objectively probably an easier assignment than Godfrey was given at 22 here. Sometimes you just sink or swim.

Make no mistake, the groundwork for him going has been laid. They had the same status for Benitez and Houllier and hounded both out (even after Houllier was very ill and the stress was causing his physical problems, the abuse never ended). Benitez, and certainly Houllier are a lot less objectionable than Klopp as well, although it is a tight run thing with Benitez.
