Goodison Legacy

There's a very wealthy individual from Chester/North Wales who owns a house opposite the Main Stand and on match days would have 10+ people in his house for drinks and a meal , he has a chef and security apparently .
The new stadium means the club will get there money.

I think Derby kept the baseball open for a bit for the reserves after they moved to pride park. I doubt it would've been all stands, and not very cost effective either.

I wish they'd keep at least the pitch at goodison. They could also keep some of the concrete steps of the enclosure/paddock. Would require minimal upkeep

Yes. Also a house on the gwladys Street... Or at least there was a few years ago

What is this thread?
There already is a detailed plan for Goodison, planning permission was granted last week along with BMD
;)

So we shouldn't be able to discuss whether it's good, bad or indifferent?
Planning permission has been granted for the new stadium, does that mean we should stop discussing that as well.

But you never mentioned in your post what parts of the plans you had a problem with or liked or would do differently

The names Bramley and Moore will have to go due to the links to the slave trade.
At a point in time where a name change is likely to happen, to keep either of them would be a very controversial and probably economically harmful statement for the club to make.
Downing Street is linked to the slave trade fgs don't fetch politics into our new ground....or stadia is it not going to be used for pop venues to?
We are turning a historical site into a modern setting if planning is finalised down in London let's move to our new stadia with our history as a club using it for all the correct reasons .....

Why do I have to say I have a problem with the plan? I put it out there for anyone that was interested to discuss as I'm interested in opinions and all we get from you is 'What's this' if you have an opinion on the plans all well and good I'm happy to hear it.
