If this is indeed dead, it could be because that it's too early in the 'cycle' . I recall LCAB suggesting that in addition to him being a 'bonus' ie not on the list, Moyes would rather box off some of the OUTS first and have a firm idea of what he actually has to spend and THEN start poking a few ribs rather than be bounced into a purchase early on.

ATM, Moyes could only be saying to Ba's agent the same guesstimation we've been doing on here ie "if we get 3.5 for Yak & 4 for Yobo add it to Vaugnys money, we can pay your boy £X, if we get 15m for rodders we can pay him £x and buy him a playmate"
All ifs, buts and maybes when compared to our Northeast chums who have their proceeds banked. LCAB said earlier that things will depend on "who goes and for how much" in this window, I think we can add "and when" to that.
