ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

He even mocked us today in the press conference.

Said about us having the chance yesterday to go equal on points and the players succumbing to the pressure of being on the same level of Liverpool as too much.

The fact he's obsessing about Everton, and making fun of us losing a game (which had nothing to do with any percieved pressure of what Liverpool are doing, we find ways to mess things up with no relevance to Liverpool) shows how he's off his head at the moment. When the last manager was sacked we were 29 points behind Liverpool after 15 games. We are now nearly level with them. That should be of more concern to him, rather than celebrating Everton losing.

He's completely away with it at present. In honesty, I don't remember any Liverpool manager in the past making comment about Everton, or in honesty many Everton managers doing the same in reverse. It shows a lack of focus and will give some unnecessary motivation to ones opponents.

He finished off with another dig at us.

Didn't shankly and paisley both like a dig? Tbh it doesn't bother me. I bet he's annoyed that someone has used his mums death to start a story about him leaving. It's the derby next week so he was probably asked about it, no chance he is there next season anyway. They'll end up with the biff from Souuthampton. Let's see his head properly explode next week when we frustrate them to a nil nil.

Not being funny, If they’d just been slaughtered at home to Fulham and lost the chance to go level with us I’d expect Carlo to stick the boot in. We crumble under pressure and he knows it, and he’ll build it all week now running up to the derby.

Rafael deffo liked a dig at us as well remember.

I’m excited for Carlo to be asked to respond to these little digs in his conference ahead of the derby. I’m sure he’ll rise above it in his normal classy way but it would be hilarious if he said,
‘Well the fans around here have a popular saying...’
*everyone expecting him to say ‘we don’t care what the red side say’*
‘Kopites are gobshites’

I would very much doubt that Ancelloti is that type, I would fully expect him to not even mention it unless somebody brought it up.
