I like him but prefer David Brooks just a shame he doesn’t seem to be able to stay fit. Brooks seems to have more end product and offers genuine goal threat.

Agreed but Brooks injury is a massive gamble, Todd is just as good and would be a great for us, sell iwobi and get thus guy in

Cantwell and Brooks are decent enough, the type you sign to bulk up a squad and probably better than Iwobi, Bernie and Gordon, but teams wanting to battle for top 4 shouldn't sign any of those players.

Cantwell is utter crap. I mean he's 22 so who knows what he will be in 2 or 3 years but right now he wouldn't get a game for us.

I'm not sold on Brooks either. I know the injuries have stagnated him but ultimately you have to be a bigger threat in the championship than he has been to be someone we should look at.

I was trying to wrap my head around Josh King.

He's a player we shouldn't look at who is fine if he's playing for Wolves or whatever.

Can you seriously not tell that my post about King dropping him off was a joke? It wasn't meant to be any type of analysis on Brooks other than to say I'd prefer him to Josh King. That isn't my usual bar for a signing but on deadline day it happened to be.
