ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Madness if he has walked

Understandable if it's related to his mum, but couldn't they just arrange a leave of absence instead?

Who even replaces him if he has?

I just don't buy it

Hes done his job there. Successful people rarely go back. And in truth, he will never reach those heights again at Liverpool.

When you break it down, it actually makes a lot of sense to leave now.

We just need Stevie GBH in now and our troubles are over.

I've seen James Pearce (and others I think) fluffing Pep Ljinders in recent times about what a genius coach he is.

I did find it a bit strange, but if Klopp left, it honestly wouldn't surprise me if he was lined up. It would be hilarious too, if sloppy was overlooked for Pep Ljinders, and Ljinders would be a disaster, with "Stevie" lurking in the background.

Christ I reckon even "Kenny" would be lurking around thinking he can get back on the gravy train again.

After the way has Klopp has behaved though, they will be going for a yes man, who's dependant on them.

I can definitely imagine a few of them have some cheap poster of Catcher In The Rye that theyve bought from waterstones that they throw darts.

Some of the DMs I get on social media are about how rubbish the book is as well. I dont think they realise I didnt write the book and neither am I actually Holden Caulfield. Insulting him doesnt make any difference.

They're a funny, and very irritable bunch. I cant even bring myself to kick them when they're down though, they're so pathetic.
Wow! I can't even comment on that. There are literally no words...

He would be Nailed on short term

I mean I could be reading it wrong, but I'm not sure what they are hoping for when they send me a list of reasons why the book is awful and Holden is a (insert expletive).

You're getting triggered by a fictional adolescent who was written over 50 years ago.

When I point it out, it generally makes them ore angry. I don't think a lot of them have grasped what a fictional novel really means.

I think he would be the guy. I also think, he would be woefully under prepared. I mean Gerrard is one thing, but that fella completely flopped in management and is a coach, and I'm sure a good coach, but a coach.

But yes, them starting to fluff the genius of Ljinders makes me wonder.

Mate, you're talking about fully grown men who collect life size cardboard cut-outs of the whole Liverpool squad, dress in full kits and then run around their backyard while fantasying and pretending that they're in the team!

They're probably incapable of discerning the difference between fiction and reality.

I mean, I'm not a behavioral psychologist, but surely that's a red flag?

I only check on this thread for a chuckle when the RS have come unstuck, but I can't believe that anyone seriously thinks they are in some kind of ongoing crisis. They are out of form and it is gratifying to see them having to contend with injuries and some dubious reffing for a change. I can't help but think they will have a return to form against us because we are perennial chokers at the pit. I hope I am wrong, and we get a result - I will definitely be lurking here if we do.

Same, I’ve been really enjoying this thread for the last couple of months or so but I just know it’ll still go tits up next weekend. I don’t even remember what it’s like to beat them anymore.

They are all Holden Caulfield and are actually lashing out at themselves, they just will never recognise it

We've said it many times over the years to no avail and I've always tried to not make anything of it, but for once in my opinion there won't be a better time to play the RS than now, they will have no fans at Anfield and as a team they look shot, I was watching them on MOTD against Leicester and their body language was of a team deflated of confidence.

We have the chance to hammer the final nail in their coffin, let's hope we don't, as we say, Everton it.
