Spot on that.
And, yeah, Klopp cant play any other way than 'Heavy Metal football' - AKA kick and rush when other teams adopt it.
Guardiola will end up with 3 of the last 4 PL titles come end of May. That's because he can create a dynasty; he doesn't shatter his players with a couple of eyeballs out effort seasons and then sit in a corner rocking himself and sucking his thumb for comfort trying to understand why that approach wont work for more for than a short while.
As the old saying goes: in the end 'brains will always baffle BS'
Not only that, but when you look at the age profile of a lot of the key players, you can see another dynasty being built, players like Foden, Diaz, Stones, Ederson, Rodri, Sterling, Jesus, Silva, Torres, Zinchenko, Mendy, Ake etc. They are all 26 and under. Who have Liverpool got in that bracket? Arnold who's forgotten how to play football, Gomes who is injury prone and probably finished from his latest injury, Jota coming off the back of a major injury. Thats it. Maybe Jones will make the step up.
City will go heavy in the summer transfer wise too. Expect 4 or 5 to be added to that list.
Klopp has been out thought. I heard one Kopite earlier going on about how surprised they were Pep has managed this. You just think I din't know why, he is a manager who has managed in multiple countries and been successful. It brings a rounded perspective, one you can see Klopp just doesn't have.
I'll give you another old statement. See the definition of insanity. Thats where Klopp is at trying to get "heavy metal football" or whatever weird christian rock the god squader is up to next with a bunch of players who are past it.
