Confirmed Signing Josh King

You'd imagine Richarlison would move to the middle if DCL gets injured with Bernard replacing him on the flank, so King is going to be down the pecking order or supporting from the bench. Just hope we don't get too many injuries in the attacking areas as we're already resorting to grinding out wins as it is. The attacking sexiness of the first few games has kinda gone.
King will be ahead of Bernard mate. He even start games.

by regularly not scoring?

he's got what... 50 odd goals to his name over the span of his whole career, and seasons where he's in double digits are more in the area of a statistical error?

That doesn't mean he is a championship level player though. He often plays out wide.

He is a perfectly acceptable top flight footballer, has been for a good few years now.

fairly happy with this deal, no more throwing big contracts at older players which is good
he offers something we lack at the moment and thats pace to stretch the pitch both ways!
Hopefully will give richarlison the kick up the backside he needs

scores 2 in a 3-1 win away at the man utd who wanted to sign him for 25mil last season! :)

He’s a sort of a ten goal a season man playing across the forward line from what I can see. Perfectly acceptable as a squad addition imo.

Maybe the fact he's on a short contract be an incentive for him to apply himself and get a couple of years extension.
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but is this a similar scenario with when we signed Super Kevin Campbell?
He was initially a loan wasn't he.
