People who can put their foot in and dominate the ball. Personally I think James would be seen at his best a bit later when the game has opened up a bit. He does seem to get bullied off the ball quite easily, but give him a bit of space and he creates havoc.

James is our best player on the ball. We had 28% possession vs Chelsea. We had 41% vs the RS and 48% against Spurs. We're going to be better on the ball with James on the field full stop.
