Iwobi shown us why we have been so unbalanced with James out wide - problem is his end product is gash.

Sign a top RW with pace to burn who can whip a ball in / skip past a defender and drive into the box with James in the centre and we would be in business.
Maybe he can be our winger if he works with his output, wolves fans didn’t like traore, now they love him, if he keeps improving like he has I’m sure he can be a regular starter.

Think the difference is Traore is built like a rugby player and literally bounces past defenders.

Iwobi isn't nowhere near as strong or quick in fairness.

Been a lot better than he has been these past few weeks but still think going forward he's a bench player at best if we want European football.

Bailey/Zaha should be our January target imo.

Yes, I’ve always rated Bailey, he’s the dribble kinda player we need and had the record for fastest player in budesliga, idk if he still has. Last season he had a bad season, I think after injury and has been used as a bench player but this season he’s broke through again, he will be more expensive in jan than he would’ve been in the summer.

It was crying out last night for a wide man with pace to come on for the last 20mins or so there was plenty of space and opportunities

I think Bernard will definitely be off in January and could see Tosun going out on loan as well.

Gives us the opportunity to bring in either a forward who can cover the front 3 spots like Zaha or an out and out wide player like Bailey and someone like Milik/King on the cheap as a reliable cover option for DCL with both only having 6 months left on their contracts come Jan.

I think we have to play in a similar way to yesterday.

Defend in an organised fashion, with the full backs not going up the pitch and Iwobi and Richarlison working hard out wide. That allows Allan and Doucoure to stay in the middle and not get pulled out of position.

For me, if James is fit, the question is whether he should play instead of Sigurdsson (who just had his best match in a long time) as a second striker, or whether we should keep him fresh for Arsenal.

Similar question for Coleman coming in for Holgate.

Godfrey I think has to stay at left back for the foreseeable. It has limited our effectiveness going forward on that side but he is doing very well defensively.

Got to keep a winning side - James and Coleman wont be a 100% either so if either are fit give them 15-20 minutes towards the end.

Against Arsenal however we need to be more expansive as they aint great so Coleman and James back in for that one.
