opposing views tho that have no validity mate

sack a manager coz we’re not top 4 ok
Yeah I agree Matt, it's getting ridiculous. These set of players have let down over 3 managers and yet the cowboy hasn't dropped on people. Proper Neanderthals on here.

We need rid of most of these players and that's that. Not Pep, Mourinho, or Kloop would get these lot playing all bar a few.

Dont think we could afford to sack him regardless mate (would cost around £40 million to pay him off) but its clear we are falling down the table and he's making daft decisions which is contributing to that.

The worry is the same mistakes we are seeing is what we seen from Martinez/Silva and we all know how that ended. To go from being in the top 4 spots to near enough bottom half and not beating Southampton, Newcastle, Leeds, Burnley is very poor mate.

He'll get time but he has to change things quick as once the rot sets in and fans turn there is very little chance of turning things around regardless of how good the manager is.

we have the money to sack or replace. If we keep doing it then they’res no consistency

We all agree with you he needs better players and we need 1-2 top signings in January but there are still things which he can do at the moment which he isn't out of stubborness which is what is annoying some of us

1. Not playing Gordon over kak like Siggurdsson and Bernard

2. Constantly changing the system/CB's which means we can't gel and get some team chemistry

3. Playing Delph and Davies over Nkounkou

4. Keep playing Pickford despite him making the back 4 petrified every week

These things he can easily change but he doesn't and its costing us points every week thats why people are annoyed mate.

I’d rather a 14 year retired Ferguson coming off the bench than that Turkish fraud tbh.

Something clearly went wrong, wether it was related to him getting collared for the party during lockdown or his training issues, however Ancelotti did still give him game time. I do feel we’ve messed up not having that extra cover after letting him go though, an extra wide forward to come in when, like yesterday, Richarlison gets frustrated
Yep, those 3 minutes per game sure add up.

Ancelotti failed Moise Kean because he doesn’t believe in developing young players. He wants a top team to tinker with and get the glory.

Ancelotti is not what we need right now. It’s been sad to see this all unfold but it’s only going to get worse.

and
I’m sure he will learn mate

He didn’t just use him as a sub though did he? When he started he scored, however he was never going to dislodge DCL on current form and he’s an ambitious lad that doesn’t want to jeopardise the chance of playing for Italy at a tournament by sitting on the bench. We should have got cover in before we let him go though

James and Allan aren't here to not play in Europe. We "sacrificed" going for youth for immediate success and we achieved that, at first. Now we are crap. You can point to the players all you'd like, it's literally Carlo's job to make sure that the players are ready, up to par in training and on the pitch.

The guy has won almost everything there is to win but he's really been poor these last 6-7 matches. Who's idea was it to take the foot off the gas against Fulham? Why are we gassed after 50 minutes every single match? Why is he shoehorning players into positions they have no idea how to do when we have ACTUAL replacements he isn't even putting on the bench?

His decisions right now are really baffling to be honest. We're not paying him as much as we are to have the run of form we are having. 5 points out of 21 should have EVERYONE asking questions about what is going on at the club at the moment. All the excitement and drive we had at the beginning of the year is completely gone.

And that’s the problem, A half decent CB is one of our best players.
we will never do anything with him as one of our CB’s
He’s decent not half decent. The normal boo boys wrote him off after he struggled at first but he’s now a good centre back. Better in my eyes than holgate

You can tell the pressure is starting to tell as he is going all Martinez in his post match interviews and is talking waffle
