Only way we win is sit back/defend well and nick a winner from a counter attack / set piece.

If we go 433 tomorrow we dont win this imo
Rather see em keep playing the way they've been trying to.
Confidence. If they can regain it.
A win would be a good win.
I think this squad under Carlo is better learning from going for it.
Wasn't working against Southampton but will be great if they can get it going again.

We have injuries, it is now time for our squad players to step up...

Gordon, Iwobi, Davies,Bernard,Tosun & Kenny....

We can't always rely on James,Richarlison& Digne so now is the time to step up & get us another win...

Ancelotti will need all his managerial skills to engineer a victory & keep us at the top of the league...

For the record, I've just had a look at our line-up that beat Newcastle 2-1 at St James' Park last season.

Pickford
Sidibe
Keane
Holgate
Baines
Richarlison
Sigurdsson
Davies
Walcott
DCL
Kean

If we can get 3 points with that team, then there's no reason why we can't do so tomorrow, even without key players.

Newcastle have improved. They have a striker that has scored 4 in 6 and their dwarf winger is much better than our dwarf winger.

Unfortunately it's a draw at best for me with a very small chance of us winning by a goal, but more likely Newcastle win.

Too many absentees in key areas for us and hard to see where our goals will come from. Its really disappointing to go into such a game so depleted.

I admire the positivity from some, but you need to consider that we are missing 4 key players and that's more than enough to affect even the likes of city. So best we can hope for is a workmanlike performance and lady luck shining on us
