DF: I'd say a point is fair, we were down to ten and to continue to push for the winner showed our fight and intention. It was a good battle between two good teams and we done well to hang on at times.

Barnet vs AFC Fylde
7th March 2028
Sixth place Barnet were looking to establish themselves within the promotion places and a win over Fylde this evening would show their true intent. Callum Simpson played as a right winger with Danny Smith suspended and Bryan Johnson recovering from his hamstring injury, the winger crossed into the box on six minutes and found Henderson to blast home to give Fylde an early lead. Callum Simpson started the game well and stung the palms of the keeper on 13 minutes with a swerving shot. Barnet were trying for the equaliser but Feeney and Smith were holding the line very well and limiting them to long range efforts. Foster had little to do but with ten minuts to go the home side were pushing harder. Callum Simpson was having a good game down the right helping Morton in defence, he won the ball back and launched it forward, the Barnet defender missed the header and O'Neill was in from behind but his shot was saved. Fylde managed to hang on and took all the points back to Lancashire!
