It's critical to get as many of the undesirables out as possible, but it's going to be difficult.
The squad is way too big and that can lead to problems with the non-playing players. We have seen that in the recent past. Accommodating a training group that is anything over 23/24 players is just not practical.
Players will head out alright, but it won't be on our terms by and large. That's probably the lesser of two evils but they will have a hell of a job in getting some of those players out.
