Enjoyed Gary Neville’s “Oooooh” when DCL bulleted in the header! What a great controlled WINNING performance away at one of the Top Six on opening day. All three new players were great, but I was particularly impressed with Doucouré. Whether that’s us putting down a marker or not, I don’t know, but it was a very good performance and result that should give the players a lot of confidence going into the cup game and WBA next week.
