If Everton sign him he would be a great buy.
It would also show that "Uncle Ussi" is throwing he's money about and doesn't give two monkeys about a player not having any sell on value when the contract runs out as it means nothing to him.

How can you say that when you don't know the finances involved yet?

Wouldn't pay over 25m myself to be fair, but if we could give them cenk and bolasie and a bit of cash could be a really good deal ( not likely that would ever happen like )
