I'll judge this window in 10 months time... Last time we had an 'awesome window', we actually had one of the most disappointing and expensive windows ever, one we're still recovering from....

The suspension on Cost and sustainability rules for 19/20 is a good indication that 20/21 will be suspended to, the circumstances are the same.
