Probably not,but grapes are mostly water so proper grape ice-cream cant be made.
Grape flavour using juice.....well that's not the same.

Strangely enough, just to prove the exception, there was a dead one floating off the coast the other day, some guy went for a closer look and bricked it when he found it was free food for sharks central, did a runner after deciding he really did needed a bigger boat.
