Beer, revisited

When I first started drinking beer everyone had a brown mixed or a brown bitter.
This consisted of a bottle of Brown ale with either a half pint of Mild or a half pint of bitter.
then you mixed it in.
If you overfilled the glass you would lose half of it in the froth, much to everyone's glee.
Never ask a lady or a barperson to attempt this.
Took years of practice to get it right.

Had a couple of bottles of Manns Brown today, weak as Siggurdsson but definitely more tasty.

I think you might be talking about a pint glass there bud. If it's happening you might be a slow drinker so try just getting halves?

Never ordered a half-pint in my life.
Not gonna start now but thanks for the advice.

I haven't mate, the whole CBD thing is a bit of a mystery to me.
I used to drink in their brewery tap when I was spending a lot of time up north, y'know in the "before times" , and I'd grab a few cans as I wobbled out.

I was actually chasing their Metric Tunnox tea-cake stout but they'd well sold out, a few of the others caught my eye and the 10% off tipped my hand.
