Phil Kirkbride was doing his Q&A with the fans earlier and reckons, we are out of Gabriel and have put getting a centre back in the back burner this window, maybe the emergence of Branthwaite.

Apparently we’re focussing all our resources on central and right midfield as a priority, if we shift a few we will look at full backs.

You could have the right of it mate, coincidental that Doucouré links coincided with the end of the Gabriel interest.

I always thought we might go for Silva as a non fee filler, but that’s me just speculating.

Hes mainly a RB/Wingback.

Yeah I thought he was for RB too, I mean it says he can play RW but RB is his main.
It would be hugely underwhelming if he was primed for the RM position.
