I love Richarlison but no.

And also no.

Dembele had 6 goals and 13 assists at age 19 before Barcelona bought him. Richarlison had similar figures this year at age 23. 80-90m and be very happy with it while also a bit disappointed because Richarlison is a top lad and player.

He wouldn’t get 30+ goals but he’d absolutely ace it in that league Richarlison. It’s a glorified SPL league the German League.

A lot of people genuinely don’t get how crap our team is, imagine Richarlison in a side that creates chances consistently? Not 2 every other game. He’ll walk into most other top sides and when he does and he’s bossing it and we inevitability replace him with someone half as good, you’ll all be on here crying that we ‘never really replaced him’ like what happened with Lukaku who was also labelled ‘overrated by Evertonians ‘when there was talk of him leaving.

No wonder we get nowhere as a club. Most of you deserve to be watching cloggers like Sigurdsson and Davies playing for us.

The ‘Delph is a decent replacement for Ghana’ shouts were the best.

Ghana is a good example of how hard it is to replace top players who work hard for this club. The void left by his absence has cost us massively this season and this is what it will be like if/when Richarlison goes but people won’t admit it or are naive to see it because now he’s basically said he’s ambitious and doesn’t wanna slum it out for 11th place in a crap team of league 1 standard players.

Not a good sign if he goes, he was our light at the end of the tunnel be gutted if he went .were gonna have to have massive transfer windows to keep beyond next season.

I'll admit I thought Delph was a good squad option coming from a place where that winning culture had been instilled. I was wrong.

I thought Gbamin was a good replacement for Gana and I may still be proved correct. His rotten luck aside.

I haven’t written GBamin off, he may well prove to be a decent player in the future but it’s just an example of how hard it is to replace players of that ilk. Players who work hard but are also very talented are a rarity for this club. Too many times we’ve had players like that come and go and been left ruing never being able to replace them. It’ll be the same when Digne leaves, we’ve been very fortunate to have had a ready made replacement for Baines when he goes he’ll be labelled some ‘2nd rate Baines’ who was ‘overrated’ and we’ll never replace him.
