Whilst we'd expect a reaction from Sundays awful performance Villa need this result a lot more than we do and I think that'll show but will end up being a score draw.

Do I watch this or go to football training?

I genuinely can't be bothered to do either.
I'm facing the exact same predicament and share your sentiments and can't really be arsed with either, training starts at 7:30 so will prob be running late for it due to watching the blues unless they've forced me into submission with twenty minutes to go which they're more than capable of doing

We should always be up for a game against Villa that will help nail their coffin.

Anything that will make Martin Laursen cry

Lots of shouts on here for Carlo to ring the changes but bear in mind:
- we have a threadbare squad due to injuries at CB and CM.
- if Carlo wants to see a reaction from the players he chastised post Wolves then he has to play them.

I fully expect an almost unchanged side from the Wolves line-up with only Holgare coming in at CB if he is fit.
It’s not what I want but I think it’s what we will get. Upside is that Carlo has clearly made this dead rubber the last chance saloon.

I think Gomes will also come back in and we will revert to a 442.

Play Iwobi centre midfield alongside Holgate going three at the back in Colemna, Keane and Digne' with Walcott and Baines wide and Richo, DCL and Kean up front....waiting for the "you don't know what you are talking about" comments but I am serious, I would love o see how that woud work with our depleted resources.

Not expecting any major changes in personnel, but hoping for huge changes in attitude and commitment.
Any players who can't up their game after Carlo's criticism will hopefully get no further chances.
I will be watching and I want to win obviously, but for tonight, I'll be more interested in individual performances than the result.

As much as I hate Villa I dont like seeing big teams like them going down. Good that Leeds are coming up though. Prem is far better when we’re playing the likes of Newcastle Villa Leeds Leicester every season rather than Huddersfield Wigan Brighton Blackpool. Just my opinion of course. Nothing against the achievements of those clubs.

thing is we aren’t playing any of the latter. And you know it was us? They would want us to drop. So I hope we beat them and send them back down

yeah they obviously will go down and I hope we send them packing tonight but for every Villa or Newcastle that go down, there’s some annoying yo-yo club like Norwich or West Brom waiting to come back up and do nothing all season apart from take points off us and get hit 10-0 over two games by Liverpool.
