ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

A genuinely world class midfielder

With no Player of the Year awards, no UEFA or FIFA team of the year appearances. Individual awards very lacking for an apparently World Class player.

He was obviously good, and played in some VERY good United teams, but I think his abilities and legacy have been blown up drastically since he retired. Opinions of course, and I have no desire to go full 'Curtis Woodhouse'

Can someone point out the connection cos i'm really struggling here.

The riots, probably most specifically the looting parts, seem to be caused by ANTIFA type people from outside of the area, hence why it's such a racially diverse race riot.
He's trying to say that because in this case, outsiders come and make things worse, that throughout history its never the fault of the primary group. Ie with Liverpool and Heysel. What he also fails to realise is that it can ONLY be MurderPool FC's customers that are to blame since they're cordoned off in a part of the ground specifically for MurderPool FC's customers.

There is no connection. Hence why we sing "always the victim, never your fault".

Couldn't care less about the individual awards, he was absolutely top class. Was brilliant when he came through as a attacking mid and then later developed into a wonderful deep lying playmaker.

Scholes is probably the best English midfielder since Alan Ball brilliant player

In rs teams with the likes of Alonso, Suarez, Torres or even Sean Dundee, he wasn't even the best rs player the most of his time playing.

Alonso is definitely the most underrated RS player theyve ever had...and possibly in world football.

You don't go from the RS, to Real, to Bayern and win every cup (apart from the prem) there is for not being very good

The fact he had no individual awards is possibly testament to the fact he never played the media game, never had an agent and shunned the limelight.

Ask any of the people who did win those awards in that period, anywhere in Europe how good Paul Scholes was and they'll tell you.

Xavi and Iniesta mentioned that they show videos of Paul Scholes at La Masia on how to correctly play in midfield.
