Cancelling this season's Premier League

Should football be canceled until August and this season declared null and void?

League is too difficult to start up again needs voiding, but I think they could maybe fit in the current fa cup and champs league tournaments, don’t think any club would have a problem with that....

Behind closed doors just won't work, how can you have 22 players pulling and grappling with each other when you're not suppose to touch each other or be within 2 metres of each other.
Also how much players spit, sweat and when they clear their nose it's disgusting, it's gonna be all over the pitch.
End it now and be done with it.
But they won't be shaking hands before the game.

Seriously though, it's laughable to consider playing behind closed doors. Everyone knows fans would hang around the stadiums, to say nothing of the tv crews, medical staff, and the group of about 30 physios, coaches etc who accompany every manager these days.

Is this what they call a moment of clarity?

It's slowly starting to sink in, just how we all said it would. These idiots genuinely thought a throwaway remark made in a meeting in March about a broad ambition, would actually be the policy weeks later? They are that stupid?

Anyway, he asked some questions of us;

That way, there is a level playing field and every club knows the situation. How can you just say that everything that’s happened this term counts for nothing?
Very easily, an incomplete event has no value and is therefore legally void.

Do the goals players have scored go on their records or are they just cancelled?
Goals, games etc will no longer count. The derby wins they secured no longer count either.

Do we forget everything has ever happened?
Yes.

It's never been in question, whether football should carry on in this current climate. Of course, football should not be happening. This pandemic may end in 2 month's time or it may very well end 6 months down the line. As of right now, we have no idea when the next time a ball will be kicked, in this country, whether it's May/June or say even this October; who knows. But, the whole debate is, when football starts up again, what should happen regarding the seasons. Some are calling for next season to be started up and voiding this one, which is virtually impossible as we have no idea who will get relegated and promoted this season.
I've mentioned this to a few other kopites on here. I support Dundee Utd who are currently 14 points clear at the top of the championship with promotion an absolute certainty. However, the season won't get finished which means we won't get promoted. It is an absolute disaster for us, as we will no doubt have to sell our best players just to survive meaning promotion will be so much harder next season, but it is the only solution and I will accept it without complaining.

We go again.

I have seen some kopites suggesting the players could be in zorb balls. They have a petition ready to go before parliament next week.
