If they are going to make players finish this season in July or whatever and then start the new season in august straight away then it’s only fair that Liverpool share their peds with all the other clubs in the league

That’s why this season should be scrapped right now.

To clear the decks for a new season in August if that is possible.

Which, BTW, I think is very unlikely.

I am expecting this season to be written off and unfortunately next season as well.

Nor do I think there will be a Euros next year.

We don’t even know if this pandemic will be over by then but even if it is, they are not going to be wanting hundreds of thousands of people traversing Europe to go to football games so soon after the crisis.

I think the best we can hope for is that domestic football resumes in August 2021.

suprised the premier league didn't suggest a hunger games style tournament, each club nominates one player from their club to take part and the last man standing wins the prem for their team.

There was some suggestions yesterday that schools wouldn't reopen until September - praying this isn't true of course, so why have this money grabbing lot got it in their deluded skulls that the remaining fixtures will be ticked off nicely before August.

I think the phrase is - “a leopard never changes its spots” - he’s a horrible piece of work to put it mildly!
