I can smell a load of bull poo with this story. Who would agree to that? So Villa or Norwich etc. are going to give up home advantage, nah. If a team has played most of their rivals away from home and had them to come at home where you are likely to gain more points you wouldn't stick your hand up to be disadvantaged in that way. Just the final position in the league is worth a few million quid per place with relegation costing them mega money.

Void it and move on to save legal challenge after legal challenge. (When it becomes likely that games can't be played in the usual fashion or at least at your own stadium behind closed doors)
