Computer games.


Hi there, I'm a gamer, only a laptop at the minute my rig died. So I have been taking the opportunity to try and learn some strategy games.

I've had Rimworld for years and have only just learnt how to play it,it's a funny game. Just picked up offworld trading company off Epic games, got a library full of games on epic all free as well. Other than that I'm on Steam. Although I'm thinking of diving back into Guild Wars 2

Might be on PS5 too, whenever that comes out. Though a pre-owned PS4 might be quite cheap now.

Yeah, a lot do. It has some big flaws that they've learned from for this, like being able to endlessly chug potions. Not a problem this game will have because of it requiring an ATB charge to use items.
I was having a look at the in-demo manual and saw mention of both summoning and command materia needing to be set to be used, with command materia adding commands to the battle menu like you'd expect. All the indications are that they've got this down perfectly. Taken Square long enough to make a good combat system again. Can't wait for release.

Last of Us is a better story though and a TV series should suit it better than a film. Fingers crossed

I have renewed hope given how good the Witcher TV adaptation has been.
Granted they have less to work with here given the Witcher has an entire book franchise behind it, but 'Chernobyl' was one of the best TV series I've seen in a long time, so maybe they'll come good :)

I'm doing my best to finish Southpark fractured but whole as well. Must be my age but I'm finding it harder and harder to finish games, I don't have the attention span. I'm mid 40'sor am I 'growing up' oh no, don't like that at all.
