Discussion yes mate but you are trying to tell me facts that are not, they are opinions.If your post said something like I reckon or I think then fine but it didnt.

As I have already mentioned, I had never heard of Caroline Flack until after her death. Obviously this was a terribly tragic event and the fact that she was (apparently) well known, means that everybody seems to have an opinion. These discussions however are not what this thread was intended for.
Given the amount of interest that appears to exist, can a mod not transfer these discussions to a separate thread?
(preferably in 'current affairs' as I don't use that part of the forum).

The questions that need answering?

Did the cps treat her fairly? Why go ahead when the boyfriend dropped the charges.

I know a women who got beat up by her fella and dropped the charges, the cps also dropped the charges.

Did the cps want to make an example off her as to raise the profile of Male domestic abuse? Was this a show trial for the cps?

The question is why did the Sun leak pictures off the bedroom with blood, how is this going to be a fair trial?

I'm not going to judge her, we dont know what went on that night.

This us a girl who been struggling for the last couple of years especially with the social media. She said she felt good when presenting then would see the social media hate and feel low again. I do hope that celebrities who feel like this should have the strength to turn away from the fame and closed their accounts down. There more to life then twitter followers and money.

She wont be the last. Katie Price is another unstable character who get alot of hate from the press and trolls, how thick skinned are these girls?

If you dont like them, then just ignore them and dont post hate messages.

It's a unkind world we live in. The press feed off the trolls and the trolls feed off the press.

Caroline could have got over this trial and rebuild her life but the press rather mock her on valentine day. They knew she suffered with mental issues but kept pushing and they call themselves journalists.Will Piers learn from this and stop trolling and judging from his high chair cos one day he will push the wrong person.

But she was going to contest it in court so she was innocent till proven guilty.

It was celebrated when it came into force as a victory against attackers who manipulate their victims. However now because it is someone people don't want that rule to apply to it means the CPS have come in for criticism.

The couple have made up, he was forced to go to court as a witness. They were banned from seeing each other. This is between them. I've noticed that males are like about time women get the same treatment like some moral victory that caroline being made an example off. This is what I'm uneasy about.
