The fact that I'm shocked and saddened at this news, and at the same time trying to work out why, considering I was calling her fit to burn a few weeks back, speaks volumes.

I think that's normal - there are people I've known over the years that have died who I couldn't stand but unless they were absolute scumbags, it's still a bit sad, especially when you consider their families.
