ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Can't think of any other manager who would get away with not showing up for an Fa cup game at home.

Players need a rest, sound, but the manager ?

Names a kids team so can't sell full price tickets and mugs Shrewsbury off for thousands, that would make a massive difference to them.

No class.
Did you watch the highlights show after the Newcastle match finished on bbc red button? There were about a dozen fans at the derby and reading matches, and not many more at brummies v Coventry, while the pit looked rammed.

Whatever else might be said, Shrewsbury will have made a fortune out of it. Good for them.

It was £15 A ticket.
The Shrewsbury fella even said on the radio if it was a full price sell out at Anfield it would have been a 'legacy' amount of money for the club to spend.

Sorry, but you can't dress this up for me, and why on earth I'd watch the highlights on the red button, I've no idea.

I’m saying would it be full if it wasn’t £15 a ticket, but it’s not something I’m arsed arguing about.

The highlights on the red button was the end of the bbc coverage of Newcastle oxford as it switched to the news because of extra time so went off bbc1 as soon as the final whistle blew.

Bbc1 stayed with the match until the end.
But like you say, I'm not arsed arguing about.

The chances of them charging full price for a ticket, even with a few first teamers playing would be slim to none. No one's paying £40+ or whatever they charge for that.
