Watching that vid, he doesn't really rely on pace though. He breaks up play well, he makes space for himself, carries the ball where he can and looks for a forward pass.He reminds me a lot of Gomes if I am honest but with forward momentum.

But we’re looking for fast strong powerful ball carrier to transform the way we play. Natural aggression with quick tempo and powerful forward burst that non of our midfield provide.

Pace is so important in this league and if Davies Gomes siggy or delph had another yard of pace and power we wouldn’t be looking to sign another midfielder.

Hoping we don't spend 25-30 mil on him tbh. We need to change our approach in the transfer market and spending that much on a 28 year old isn't the strategy we should have with transfers.

We should be looking at players in early 20's who are hungry for success and can either push us on to another level then we either sell for a decent profit or we keep and continue to progress.
