That's the problem isn't it..You moan on about how bad the board is etc etc and do nothing about it....

Peace.x

Theres nothing that can be done, apart from sit back and wait for the slow coaches to catch up.

In case youve missed it, the current board is killing our Club, I say they have killed it, we are a spent force, we will NEVER get into Europe with the current board, we had our time.

in that case, I wish that only they could post to the thread - it would save trawling page & page to find nothing has happened!

Haha, this!! Would save me soo much time! :P

Bullshine !!!!

what THT said...
reports in Italy suggest that Cagliari will consider a sizeable offer for their star forward.

Yeah mate, we've signed:

and are close to signing:

and have this much money:

Nice...

I think Vaughan wasn't part of the original 22 man squad though was he? (correct me if wrong as I'm not sure on this) So he had to go out on loan otherwise there would only be room for 1 addition (as JV would have taken Yak's spot). So if we're keeping the numbers the same, we're looking for 2 bodies (if we can get them is another story). Could be seen as a positive indication.

Thought the squad could have 25 named?

Well maybe they are looking for Investment , that doesn't mean they have to post it on the website every day , I am sure when investment is found we will all know about it.
I think Bill's 'looking' (not very hard!) for a billionaire arab, which is all very good, but there isnt any arabs looking for Bill. He needs to bring someone in who can help us compete, instead of looking for the person to turn us into man city.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to get some of your likeminded loons to protest
Its been bad for a while now. Someone said earlier its 5 transfer windows without any funds which feels about right. I would say fans protesting might not be too far off tbh. To go so long without any real support for moyes is shameful and unacceptable.

Erm ... Maybe find some board members who want to invest in Everton ... And I don't mean a Sheik , I mean businessmen who can help us grow. ... Maybe a share issue. Maybe speak to the fans and let everyone know what's going on instead of this 24/7 crap !!! I am not going to argue over Bill with you , if you think he's running us correctly then fine that's your opinion and like I said your entitled to it. People asked me and LCAB questions as to why for the FIFTH transfer window running there isn't any FRESH money to spend and I answered it ! You brought this to me over a comment I made.

I have my own opinion as well as things that I know which leads me to believe that we are not being run in the correct manner.
If you don't like what I say then tough because it's MY opinion ! I will be there on Saturday will you?

I agree 100% with THT there are options that the board should be looking at and to be perfectly honest even a blind man can see that we are not being run properly. Anyway I decided to go back and have a look at the previous transfer windows and its even worse that I initially thought. Here's what I found (figures are taken from ToffeeWeb's transfer record):-
Jan 08 - Income: £4.75 million, Expenditure: £1 million.
June-Aug 08 - Income: £10.5 million, Expenditure: £12.9 million.
Jan 09 - No income or expenditure.
June-Aug 09 - Income: £24 million, Expenditure: £20.1 million
Jan 10 - Income: £1 million, Expenditure; Nil
Jun-Aug 10 - Income: Nil, Expenditure: £1.4 million.
Total Income over this period is £40.25 million. Total Expenditure is £35.40 million. Net Spend is - £4.85 million.

If we include the current transfer window then there is net spend of - £7.85 million. Now read those figures and tell me that Everton are being run correctly!
