Cant fault the lads effort and commitment tbh but the manager he played under at besiktas played 4231 which he thrived in but hasnt managed to replicate that here so id imagine that he just isnt cut out for the prem

We`d have to pay some of his wages if he went on loan.

However you get the feeling that he`s happy here, even if he`s only back up.

Needs to be punted to a slower league someone in Germany or Italy might take the risk or send him back to Turkey in the summer. He tries hard but isn't of the required quality.

None of our players have thrived really under BFS and Silva though
