Computer games.

I know PS5 is only 12 months away but I’ve noticed the PS4 Pro has come down to £250 now. I’m wondering is it worth buying one and selling my PS4 slim. Has anyone made the upgrade? Reckon I could get £120-£150 for my slim based on Gumtree adverts so only a £100 ish outlay.

I got one a while back (the Monster Hunter World special edition weirdly, ended up only thinking the actual game was OK haha) - personally haven't noticed much difference apart from a few settings options, where I always choose 60FPS over graphics anyway when the option is given to me.

But I play the PC much more than the PS4 anyway so my opinion is tainted by that. That said, my answer would be no for what it's worth.

Hmmmm. I play GT Sport online mainly and I’ve noticed on streamers videos that the resolution and frame rate is noticeably better, albeit marginally. Graphics are important on racing games in my opinion. On Red Dead the frame rate is woeful at times too.

I’ve got a decent Panasonic 4K TV and don’t think I’m getting the best out of it as I don’t really use it for anything else.
