Having read some of the comments on here in the last 24 hours - I would like to highlight the fact that I said that some of the masses wouldn't be happy unless we signed Messi, Xavi, Ronaldo and Torres - and even then they would still find something to moan about.

The situation at Everton is as it is at present and we have to make the best of what we have - we aren't in a position to spend £18m on a striker (Villa aren't either thats why they had to sell some of their assets to pay for it but few people seem to have noticed that).

As such we have to make the best of what we have available - and I personally think we have a decent manager and system to do that.

As for those going on about the number of young players - well look at Arsenal & Wenger - thats how they operate, but for every Fabregas there will always be a aliadiaire

I think you mean 'why we aren't signing players for a couple of million quid to replace the senior squad members lost'.

That's a bit more difficult to answer though I suppose.
 

they dropped time ago lad the thing on here is you have a few blirts who think they own the site then you have all the muppets who think they are his back up lol why should people who have views feel they have to agree with people just incase they get bad rep
