Can I clarify the Dier kid

At first a loan was mentioned to the end of the season, however is that we have signed him permanently and he is loaned back to SL for the rest fo the season?

BTW think RFUS needs a cold shower to calm him down after reading through yesterday, best take some carbolic soap and scrubbing brush in for his cheesy bell as well or you will be looking for a new safer SB.

Not up for position plenty of other candidates.
