I disagree because the midfield is a complete shambles. You can't be the best squad we've had without midfielders who are capable of at least playing at 50% of their level away from home. Gomes being a key player is a massive problem for a squad who wants to consistently pick up points as he is incapable of consistently playing well.

I'm not even here to defend Silva really, but today was more bad luck. We could play better obviously but today, Sheffield United, Burnley and Palace being 1 point is not in line with how we performed. 12 points wouldn't be either, which is probably not good enough as those are all winnable, but we should have something like 5-8 points not 1.
 
A scrappy performance in a scrappy game. Yes the penalty decision was wrong but we had a couple of chances to score earlier in the game which we didn’t take. Also bringing Siggy on for Bernard was a poor decision. The sad thing is that we showed next to no passion after that penalty. Also sadly decision will be used as an excuse for Silva to continue. We still can’t win away,come back from being behind and win and not take our chances.
 
It's Everton's mentality that gets me. As soon as the VAR penalty I knew we would get beat. Think it's in our DNA. Hurts me to say the RS have the right mentality never give up till the final whistle ok that VAR wouldn't have went against them. Weak players. Pace from.last week missing. Did Gomes play today. Seems to go hiding on away days. These players are so weak when the going gets tough
Think every game so far maybe bar City we should have won. But can't put the game away( desperately need a proven goalscorer) always gives the other side a chance before matter how bad they are
 

Just back on the coach. Already been out 12 hours. Not a critical poster but Marco got it so wrong second half. After 15m we bossed the game. Why would you take off both your wide men and pave and add Delph but most importantly why put Gylfi left wing and Rich right? Game was cost by one person the manager. Neither helped track back we went on the back foot and invited pressure. We were playing well until the suns. I get DCL scored but the whole set up was wrong with the changes
As for VAR it just doesn’t work
