I said it before, the refs should be made to explain their decisions regarding VAR after every match. The excuse before was that "it's too fast, they can't see EVERYTHING" is out the window when they can review everything.

Don't think he is, if you pause it when the keeper kicks it he looks like he's right on the edge and just runs in quickly to close down.
He 100% was, Sky showed a still of his foot slightly in the box but they said var can't check restarts so that's why it wasn't reversed even though it should have been a repeat of the goal kick. Bloody ridiculous. Var is pointless.
