He is the best manager we've had since Moyes, or at least the only one to realise he has to change things if it isn't working.
Concedes too many.
Any average manager would get the results he does with the players he has at his disposal.

Not saying his a bad manager, but he isn't a great manager either.

Missing a trick not going in for mourinho here, yes his style is boring but it gets you to finals and he wins trophies.

Mourinho would look at our budget and laugh. The man needs money that is why he wins trophies. He like rich and already established clubs nowadays.

The other thing is that you would not see half the players we have now as Jose just does not tend to work with young players

7 points is about the bare minimum we should have given the fixtures. Home form is great so fair play for that. We should be on ten points though IMO. We must have been given one of the most favourable fixture starts out of all PL teams so we need to be in a good position come November and going into Christmas. As a comparison arsenal are on equal points with us after already playing Spurs and Liverpool.

Leicester proved if you have your house in order you can capitalise when the big teams are in transition, or just plain crap. Not saying he has to win the league (I’m really not) but we can’t always bank on Chelsea and united having bad seasons year in year out. Top two are untouchable, the rest is up for grabs. Hope he harnesses this.

There you go. He just simply can’t win. Win, lose or draw, we’ll moan. Just beaten a team that everyone has been creaming over all summer and declaring them miles ahead of us, and now we’ve beaten them they’ve been written off as crap and a “favourable” fixture.
