That McCarthy deal will definitely sweeten the pot for the Zaha deal. More confident than ever he will be signing tomorrow.

Zaha has forgone the bonuses entitled to him by putting in his transfer request, so palace will get a slightly larger profit of the deal. Lukaku moving tomorrow should see to that, and the money we will receive, can compensate zaha for this with his signing on fee. Sales of Henry 13m McCarthy 8m and Besic 5m should make up the shortfall on what we need to pay.

He had a good initial six months. In six years.

The rest of the time he was either injured - sometimes via his own stupidity - or doing the best crab impression I've ever seen from a footballer.

Good luck to him and so on, don't wish him badly at all, but as an Evertonian I'm delighted he's gone as he was a waste of money.
