We literally did this with Zouma/Lukaku why is it any different now.
Because we have our own young centre back we could do the same with.

A bit but it's the way football is now. Limited window,Sky spewing nonsense 24/7, betting markets, player power.
Like all you lids, whatever your opinion of Wilf, you just want the best for Everton cos it's a part of you. Same for me and our lot at Palace.
I'm not ITK but I'm led to believe that if a club came in with a bid of £80m Wilf was led to believe he could go. By whom, I don't know. I would imagine he wouldn't have been led to believe it would all need to be cash up front. What ‘assurances’ was zaha given by palace at the end of the season mate? Was it he could be allowed to go to a CL club or if a certain price was met?
After today I'm amazed Sky haven't linked him with Derby. If it helps it seems fairly obvious the media don’t want him to come to Everton.
I asked in another thread. Did united pay the wan Bissaka fee in full?I'm not ITK but I'm led to believe that if a club came in with a bid of £80m Wilf was led to believe he could go. By whom, I don't know. I would imagine he wouldn't have been led to believe it would all need to be cash up front.
I see no possibility of a permanent transfer if he succeeds. If we can't get Zouma we won't get Tomori as long as Lampard is Chelsea manager. We literally did this with Zouma/Lukaku why is it any different now.
A small amount linked to team performance. (I think we get another £5m if the finish in the top half this season.lol)I asked in another thread. Did united pay the wan Bissaka fee in full?
It used to be their previous top 4 monopoly, now it’s their top 6.If it helps it seems fairly obvious the media don’t want him to come to Everton.
I think it's the type of player more importantly in that deal. As in, it may well be a deal that's easy to do and we know he can offer pace, strength, height etc.
But yeh, I agree generally. But my trepidation with that deal wouldn't be the developing a player for another club as much as it would be I just don't think he's up to scratch. We'd definitely be downgrading in that area if he's our 3rd choice.
So did united pay 45m upfront? If not zaha and Everton are right to be angry with palace over the structure of the deal.A small amount linked to team performance. (I think we get another £5m if the finish in the top half this season.lol)
