FWIW I don't think he is going to come, at least not this window.
Even though he's not really featured during pre-season, I feel that the transfer ban will have an impact because they can't bring additions in if there's injuries etc.
Chelsea are rich enough to be able to pay his wages as a safety net, with any transfer coming in either January or next summer - the latter being more likely.
He may be displeased and want to have first team football to support his international opportunities, but the unique situation may mean they stick with him.
Any other summer and I would expect him to be here already, yet unfortunately circumstances out of our hands may mean that it's not the case.
