As soon as Zouma said what was reported he said week or so ago,i think it was done from there,even if we went and bid and it was accepted,i think zouma would have stayed with what Lampard would have said as Lampard does team stuff while money stuff is done by others, so i would have thought we will have well moved on and surely had others ready for if this happened,thing is if Lampard or no Lampard zouma had the chance to get into chelsea team which is what he wanted as new boss would surely have liked him
