Hope the gossip about him handing in a transfer request is true. Chelsea are a club with a lot of problems at the moment and he's unlikely to be first choice, so a move would make sense from his point of view. Sadly I can see Chelsea rejecting his request due to their transfer ban

Realistically the only chance we had to secure him was if Zouma himself pushed for it.
Probably time to move on now. Or so it would seem.

The other thing is they're in the CL for this season too so I don't know that we could entice someone like Tah.

That team is loaded on young talent. Brandt just left but he was a favorite up and coming player of mine. Havertz is ridiculous. They just signed Diaby from PSG and I think that Paulinho they have will get more minutes. Leverkusen and RBL are the kind of models I hope Brands plans on following here.

He’s not going to officially hand in a request and forego huge amounts of loyalty bonuses is he? That piece of paper would cost him personally millions.
