Will we be farming this kid out on loan to Leyton Orient next season?

Meanwhile....we need top quality signings right now to compete for a top four position next season.

Buy him, loan him out to a Spanish team maybe during the 1st year he'll get some national caps enough to get a work permit on appeal, if not after the 2nd year in Spain he'll be able to get a Spanish passport.

so we reckon this guy is going right into our 1st team.
should we be concerned by thje fact he has had hardly any 1st team appearances for an inferior team?

I reckon we are trying to do a 'Chelsea'...only without the whistles and bells...we'll buy 'promising' talent from abroad and loan them out to lesser clubs and try to make a profit....

Meanwhile EFC stagnate in mid table season after season but as long as we don't get relegated everyone is happy eh?

Maybe it's down to Brands, he would probably get a work permit for him in Holland, but not here in the the UK, or not here at Everton at any rate
Wait. Are you implying that Brands screwed up because he didn't realize the FA rules were harder?

He was never passing a work permit on normal terms. It was always going to appeal.

But at least we havent signed him yet, this time we are applying BEFORE we buy.

So yeah, its good we have clever people in charge now.
Exactly. The fee is probably good for 2 points so it's just up to the salary to get 2 more points.

Strange one this... biggish fee, hardly any first team experience
from as mediocre league. I just hope Brands/Silva have pulled a gem out of nowhere.
can imagine his wages will be quite a bit considering the fee also.

Yeah and by 2021 we will probably have left the EU so having a Spanish passport won't make any difference.

....I read somewhere that he qualifies for an EU passport in the near future.
