Bizarre to keep him in today. Jags can do it as an emergency but expecting him to follow it up away was asking for trouble.

Was it though? He kept Arsenal’s highly rated forwards very quiet last week. Always a chance he would play well again at Fulham, so why not keep him in? Confidence was high throughout the team.

It’s only when we lose the managers decision is then questioned.

To add to this point I think one of the 4 managers they played under would have realised this and sold them were they that 'bad'.

He was poor,but, he was not on his own. Big ask for a 37 year old to play 2 prem games in 6 days by the way. Just saying.
