Funnily enough I don't mind running down hill in less steep parts of mountains as I think 'let gravity do the work' but running the whole thing seems a step too far for me lol
Walking up them is a struggle at times. I take my camera so that I can 'stop to take a picture (breather)'A lot of it involves walking too, as there’s no way you’re running up some of those gradients !

Some good walks around where I live, thankfully quite flat alongside the River Carron and the Union and Forth and Clyde canals, all interlinked and taking in the Falkirk millennium wheel and the Kelpies.
Bet you it's flat on the way there.Got the bus, there's a slight incline coming back.![]()
